挺拔的身姿、嘹亮的歌声、整齐的步伐，一张张稚嫩的脸庞露出刚毅的神情，俨然像个小战士……这一幕就是敏捷地产旗下项目锦绣阳光花园最近举办的“少年军校”场景。每年暑假，锦绣阳光花园都会如期举办军校培训，今年已是第五届。有业主感叹，“少年军校”磨炼了孩子的意志，强健了体魄，还丰富了假期生活，为敏捷地产点赞！
Marching in orderly peace, shouting loud slogans, the trainees from “Junior Military Academy” of Splendid Sunshine Garden developed by Nimble, with posture tall and straight, were just like little soldiers, each of them remarkable for fortitude of manner and appearance. Splendid Sunshine Garden has held such military training during the summer vocation for five consecutive years. Some owners showed their thumbs up to the establishment of “Junior Military Academy” as it not only can build up the children mentally and physically, but enrich their summer vocation life as well.
锦绣阳光花园“少年军校”创办于2013年，面向社区里6-13岁的孩子，教官为敏捷地产物业部门的秩序业务骨干，所有参加军校的学员都会发放统一的训练服装、帽子、擦汗毛巾以及饮用水等，毕业时还会评选出优秀标兵，发放证书和奖品，这些都由敏捷地产提供，不向业主收取任何费用。
The “Junior Military Academy” of Splendid Sunshine Garden was founded in 2013, whose target groups are children in the community aging from 6 to 13. The instructors are the core members of order maintaining department of Nimble Property Management. Nimble offers training uniforms, caps, towels as well as drinking water to all the trainees, and issues certificates and prizes, at the end of the training, to outstanding pacesetters. All the costs are borne by Nimble.
今年的军校报名情况火爆，超过110人，人数比往年翻番。活动从8月12日开始为期三天。第一天的课程从最简单的敬礼、列队、报数展开，在炎炎烈日下，教官们一遍遍重复口令，个别“少爷兵”开始吃不消了，双腿僵硬，浑身酸痛，有的甚至打起了“退堂鼓”，在教官耐心劝导下，小朋友们坚定意志，抖擞精神，重新回到队伍中训练。考虑到毕竟年纪还小，教官们不时会跟小朋友们做游戏，聊聊天，讲述真实的军旅生活，让小朋友们脑洞大开。为了感谢教官们的谆谆教导，在军训的最后，小朋友们还通过画作和作文的形式，表达对教官的感激之情。有小朋友写道：“少年军校”是一次成长的体验，让自己成为了一名“小战狼”，感谢教官们的教诲，来年定必继续参加！
This year, there are more than 110 children signed-up for training, nearly doubled compared to previous years. The training course started from 12th August, and lasted for three days. The training offered included salute, parade and count off at the first day. Under a scorching sun, instructors went through the same process again and again, thus some of the trainees felt dog-tired, and some even wanted to give up. With the patience and advice of the instructors, however, trainees were refocillated and continued the training. Considered that the trainees are young, instructors filled their mind with games and army life during the course. At the end of course, the trainees were grateful and presented their paintings and compositions as gifts to instructors. One of the children wrote, “Hi sir, I am happy to Join the ‘Junior Military Academy’. It is a kind of growth experience for me. I am now a ‘Little Wolf Warrior’. Thank you and see you next year!”
