近日,敏捷地产2017年“我们同是NIMBLE人”首届关爱“家”年华活动在英东体育馆盛大举行,这是敏捷地产举办的首届大型关爱员工亲子活动。活动自筹备以来,获得了公司广大员工的广泛关注和踊跃报名,共有超过80组家庭200余人报名参加,反响热烈。
Recently, an activity called “2017 WE ARE All NIMBLESE”- the First Parent-Child Carnival of Nimble Real Estate was observed the grand ceremony in Yingdong Stadium. This is the first time that Nimble launched such a large Parent-Child Activity of employee care. It has received widespread attentions and overwhelming responses since preparations for the activity. There were more than 200 people from 80 families participated this activity.
据了解,此次活动主要针对家中有未成年孩子的年轻员工家庭,旨在更好地推进敏捷地产的“家”文化,提升员工幸福感指数,让员工不仅在敏捷地产能收获职业成长,更能收获幸福美满的家庭生活。
It is understood that this activity focused on the young employee’ s families with under-age child, and was designed to further boost the family culture of Nimble and promote the happiness index of its employees. Thus, not only can the employees have career progressions in Nimble, but enjoy a happy family as well.
活动内容根据年轻家庭的特点,精心设计了一系列有趣的游戏。例如亲子团队项目的“俄罗斯方块”、“团结协作,和谐并进”、“兔子与狼,智取萝卜”等,以及“百步穿杨”、“迷你高尔夫”“快乐大脚板”等个人小游戏。通过这些小游戏不仅可以增强家庭成员间的默契程度,更重要的是,让大人孩子有机会尽情地放松一把,员工们暂时放下手中的忙碌,抛开工作的烦扰,带上自己的宝贝,参与到各种趣味的运动项目,尽情享受天伦之乐,既锻炼身体,又可以拉近家长和孩子间的心灵关系。
在整场活动中,大小敏捷人全都忘情投入,忘我玩耍,最终不仅有丰厚的大礼包满载而归,更重要的是记录下了难忘的幸福瞬间。员工李先生说,在敏捷地产就是快乐工作,幸福生活。现在,不仅自己以“作为敏捷人”而骄傲,自己的家人和孩子也以“作为敏捷家属”而骄傲。
A series of interesting games have been well-designed according to the characteristics of the young family, such as Tetris, three-legged race, archery, mini-golf and Padfoot, to strengthen the tacit understanding between family members, and more importantly, to give parents and children a chance to relax and promote the sense of belonging to home. When the event was over, more than the great awards, the memorable moments had been recorded. Mr. Li, one of the employees, said, “We work cheerfully and live happily in Nimble. Not only have it filled me with pride as a Nimblese, my family and my child are proud of being the family members of Nimble employee as well.”
多年来,敏捷地产不断创新,以多元化的方式开展对员工的关爱活动,公司定期组织羽毛球赛、烧烤、登山等文娱活动,丰富员工的业余文化生活,促进员工之间的相互交流,凝聚了公司的团队向心力。前不久推出的“有家有爱”亲子教育课程也颇受员工们的欢迎。
