TORONTO, Ont. – The Canadian Immigration Law Office of Ronen Kurzfeld announced today that it will present its seminar, “Study-Work-Migrate Canada,” in Manila, Philippines on December 5, 2015. This seminar is intended for professionals and new graduates who intend to pursue career advancement and migration opportunities in Canada. Ronen Kurzfeld is offering the seminar in association with partner Canadian educational institutions under the existing immigration at the New Horizon Hotel in Mandaluyong City.
The Study-Work-Migrate Canada program is included in the “priority processing” of Immigration Canada. Migration pathways are currently in place both at the Federal (Experience Class) and Provincial Nominee Programs. These make it faster and easier for international students to work full time and apply for immigration in Canada after completing their studies.
Kurzfeld Law will discuss the Fastest Legal Process of pursuing Career Advancement and Migration Opportunities in Canada through the Education Pathway suitable for Professionals, New Graduates and Students (With Year 12 Education) under the existing immigration rules. These include Study-Work-Migrate Programs for Nurses, Study-Work-Work Migrate Programs for Other Healthcare Professionals and New Graduates (e.g. Caregivers, Midwives, Doctors, Pharmacists, Med Techs, Others) and Study-Work-Migrate Programs for Professionals and New Graduates in Other Fields (Business, IT, Accounting, Education, Engineering and Others)
The Seminar will discuss work permit rules. While studying, students are permitted to work part time (50% studies/50% work) and full time during school breaks. The Work Permit is granted with the grant of Student Visa. The firm’s partner Canadian Schools all across Canada are in the category of “Public.” The connotes a requirement for students to be eligible for a Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) up to 3 years after completing their course and if they are married, for their spouse to be able to work full time in Canada on an “Open Work Permit.”
Kurzfeld Law provides full service visas and immigration support to students (e.g. Student Visa, Post Graduation Work, Permanent Residence and Citizenship). It goes beyond enrollment and student visas, which is other Education Agents and Immigration Firms usually provide. The firm’s partner Canadian schools will discuss varied Study Programs and the promo fees and payment terms that they offer to eligible Philippine students. After the seminar, Kurzfeld Law’s Principal Lawyer, Ronen Kurzfeld, will conduct a free one-on-one consultation with interested participants.
